PROYECTO ARRECIFE (Reef project) focuses on divulgating and improving the knowledge about the reef fish from Argentina, in order to promote their sustainable use and conservation.
We are a non-profit organization and the resources owned are used for empowering the project.
We invite you to explore the site and learn about reef fishes from Argentina, their environment and its people.
The directors of the project are Alejo Irigoyen, David Galván,Gaston Trobbiani and Paula Sgarlatta, we work on the “Centro Nacional Patagónico (CENPAT-CONICET)” (a regional research institute which depends on National Council for Science and Technology) in the city of Puerto Madryn, Chubut, Argentina
